Why use MINO object storage?

Let’s face it folks hosting anything on the major providers is very expensive, overly expensive when you can build it yourself.

MINO object storage I love, I’ve got a big deployment of it and at the moment it’s over 1.4 million objects. It’s fast and very stable.

You can have multi-server, multi-drive setups across multiple data centers plus MINIO has transparent data compression which gives you much more bang for your buck in terms of cost/storage ratios.

Mix that all up with PROXMOX as a host for multiple servers then you end up with a great system for managing and developing servers.
